Events & BBQ Day: Sunday 22nd June 2014 All SIM volunteers signed up to attend the Events & BBQ Day are requested to be on site by 9.30am so that the events organisers can conduct their brief on the proceedings of the day.
Below are a few instructions for Events Day:
Student arrivals at 9.45am
Location:
- Classes 1-4 will be in the Rugby fields
- Boys Classes 5-11 will also be on the Rugby Grounds.
- Girls 5-11 will be in the Main Car Park inside the centre.
Students in Classes 1-4 will be collected by 1:00pm so that the volunteers can go for Salaah & BBQ.
Dress code: Boys / Male Volunteers - T-shirt and jogging bottoms or long trousers
Girls / Female Volunteers - Must observe proper Hijab and come in jogging bottoms or trousers and a long top.
BBQ: Please collect your ticket from the respective ticket stations. Gents station will be outside near the gents entrance and Ladies will be inside the Ladies entrance. Both stations will operate from 12.30pm to 1.15pm. Please note the BBQ is free for all SIM Volunteers but a ticket must still be obtained.
Darul Qur'an Classes
The Qur'an department will be hosting a structured course on Social Interaction Ethics for girls aged 18- 25 years by Sister Madiha Makki during the month of Ramadhan. For further details please click here. External Messages
