Sunday 23rd November 2014, kindly note Madressa finishes at 12:50pm at Stanmore site due to Husayn Day. Kenmore finishes at the regular time of 1:05pm. Teachers are kindly requested to assist with clearing up all the furniture after lesson 4.
Please see below furniture clearing instructions:
Annexe Ground floor: All tables to be stacked up on the floor at the corner of the middle room and all chairs to be placed on the trolley. Annexe First floor: All tables to folded and stacked up and chairs to be placed on the trolley. Main halls: Usual clear up will apply. Kindly ensure all tables are stored flat on the ground and not placed against the walls. Basement / First and Second floors: All furniture to be stacked up neatly against the walls of each class. Portakabin: N/A
Teacher's Charter: Confidentiality:procedure to follow should you have concerns about a child needing additional support?
1. Teacher observes student and notes concerns
2. Teachers discuss these concerns with HOD only
3. HOD carries out a classroom observation and discusses with
parents immediately
4. If necessary, HOD to get consent from parents for Learning
Support Team to contact them
5. Learning Support Team will gather information including
observing student, speaking to teacher and gathering
reports/info from parents
6. Appropriate classroom Support put in place

Term 3 assessments and Marks: The HoDs of your department should have sent you a student list excel sheet where you can update your marks for Term 3 assessment. Please complete these and return to your HoDs within the deadline you have been provided. All teachers are encouraged to keep records for themselves of all work submitted as well as their marksheets, in the event of a parent/student query. External Message:
