£1 Charity Appeal for Syrian Refugee Appeal
To celebrate the birth anniversary of the ‘Mercy to Mankind’ and our beloved 6th Imam Ja’far As Sadiq (AS) the S I Madressa would like to invite all students to actively take part in the celebration by bringing a voluntarily donation of £1 on Sunday 26th January, which will go towards the Syrian Refugee Appeal led by the World Federation of KSIMC. Our aim is to raise a minimum of £1,000 in one day for the refugees, many of who are children and living in difficult circumstances in neighbouring countries around Syria.
We encourage all our students to participate in this donation collection to earn Reward from the Almighty Allah (SWT) in giving to those less fortunate than us and as a mark of our love to the Holy Prophet (SAW) and his holy Household (AS).

Qur’an Manuals for Students in Classes 2 – 4:
All existing students from 2013 are requested to bring in their Qur'an manuals from the previous academic year. Children who are reciting from the Big Qur’an do not need to bring a Qur’an as this will be provided.
Collecting students in Classes 5+ [Stanmore]
Students will finish the day with Jamaat Salaat in the main halls of the respective Gents & Ladies side, and can either be collected from outside the main halls or alternatively students can be requested to go directly to their parent’s car. Parents/Guardians are kindly requested not to enter the main halls beyond the shoe areas if they are only waiting for their children as this adds to the congestion in the corridors, however all are welcome to join us for Salaat-ul-Jamaat at 1pm.
