Dear respected parents/ guardians/teachers,

This email is to remind all parents of the important message we sent out last week regarding the Teacher/Volunteer Appreciation Event.
Unfortunately, we have not heard back from a lot of people so if you haven't had a chance please read the message again below.
Please Parents, without your support, we can not move forward with this event and show the volunteers how much we appreciate all that they do. If you are having trouble emailing the form back to us then please just email us at pcb@madressa.net with a message to say how and what you will be contributing. Or call one of our Team Members directly to inform us.

The PCB would like to inform all Parents of children attending Madressa that we are hoping to host a very important event on Sunday, December 13, 2015 with your support. With the request by many parents and initiatives set by our team members, we would like host an event to appreciate the volunteers and teachers serving our Madressa.
We hope that you will all agree that the volunteers and teachers at the Madressa play a vital role in the upbringing of our children. They are truly the soul of the Madressa providing a selfless service in promoting the Islamic teachings to our children. Without their contributions, our children would not have the opportunity to learn about their faith at a level that they do.
We are planning inshallah to host an event that will be memorable for the volunteers to include speeches, videos and present gifts. We would also like to provide afternoon snacks for the event and kindly request that you contribute to this event by either contributing a snack item from the menu below, or donate funds towards the event to pay for snacks, gifts or tableware. In addition, if anyone would like to help towards the event, please let us know.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate Parents to attend this event due to logistics and numbers, but the event will be hosted on behalf of parents. We do hope to have a small representation of Parents on the day who will be helping along with a number of our children involved who will be serving the volunteers and presenting them with gifts.
Please help us in 'Thanking Our Volunteers' by contributing to this event. We have attached a form at the bottom of this letter, whereby you can write down what you would like to contribute. You may hand this form in to any of our team members at madressa or contact us (numbers below), the madressa office, or any staff member. If you are contributing funds please ensure you place it in a marked envelope addressed to PCB for Volunteer Event. Alternatively, you can email us at pcb@madressa.netto inform us of what you are bringing or helping with.
DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING FORM ATTACHED BELOW OR INFORMING US BY EMAIL IS NOVEMBER 15.
Parents, please note that If we do not have enough contributions in terms of snacks, etc from Parents then unfortunately, we will not be able to go ahead with this event. Please donate in whatever little way that you can so that we can show the volunteers that we appreciate all that they do for our children.
