The Council of European Jamaats are proud to present Camp CoEJ 2016. Having built on the success of the camp in 2015, this year is looking to be bigger, better and more exciting than ever. As always, the Camp is for boys and girls (separate camps) aged 11-14 from 1st August to 10th August at Lodge Hill Centre, West Sussex.
We will be having workshops to develop the campers spiritually, activities to encourage team bonding and physical development, and personal development time which allows for mentors to make meaningful connections with campers and support them in their overall development. The campers will have the opportunity to develop self-mastery and discipline whilst fostering brotherhood and sisterhood.
The cost of the camp is £499 per camper. Please note that we don’t want money to be barrier so please get in touch with the Secretariat Office in confidence if you would like to discuss payment plans.
This is a fantastic opportunity for your child to develop themselves to a whole new level and to come out from the camp as a well-rounded confident individual.
The 11 Plus (also called the 11+ or Eleven Plus) is an examination taken by some school pupils in their last year of primary school to get into a school of their choice. The exam will be held during September 2016. “11 Plus” refers to the fact that the test selects for schools with an entry point for children aged 11 or over.
From 25th June 2016 our centre will be running classes (from 12:30 pm to 5 pm) throughout the summer vacation teaching our children 11 Plus.
Maths and Verbal Reasoning will be taught.
A maximum 2/3 pupils per class.
Each class will be for one and half hours at a cost of £18 per lesson for at least 6 weeks, (total costs
£108 for 6 session).
In addition, the tutor will advise which text books to buy.
