It is with great pleasure that we welcome you to the S I Madressa this year.
As you are aware, the S I Madressa has gone through a great transition in that we will now be located at Northwood School.
It is absolutely vital that we all understand the impact that the move has on several factors of the organisation of the Madressa. This includes ensuring all teachers have a valid DBS certificate as mandatory by law, and that we are all aware of the policies and procedures of the Madressa, as well as of Northwood School, which is on hire.
Several policies such as car parking and safeguarding, are now different than they have been in the past years. The administration team is ensuring that all information is available to you as soon as it is finalised and therefore teachers must regularly check the 'Teachers' tab on our website https://madressa.net/teachers-at-sim) for the most up-to-date information.
As a priority, please read through the Teacher's Guide thoroughly, know your classroom locations, and this year's timetable. Please also read through the initial pages which are available at the beginning of the teacher Manuals (also available on the website).
We can only express gratitude to all of you, for the hard work which you will undoubtedly undertake over the course of this academic year.
