Message for The Hive A reminder that children need to be dropped off at 10.15am in order to ensure a prompt start at 10.30am. Please ensure your child is in suitable sports attire.
Parents are requested to arrive at The Hive for 11.45am to take part in a ceremonial 'winner takes all' SIM volunteers vs parents match.
The S I Madressa is hosting a Fun Day, open to all Madressa students only due to limited spaces.
Registration and payment by Tuesday 24th May, 2016 is Mandatory. The cost has been subsidized to £5 per child for the day.
Mega jump - Girls classes 4-10:
Venue: Meteor House,, Manor Way, Borehamwood WD6 1QQ
Drop off: Latest by 9.30am as preregistration by the center is required prior to the event.
Pick up: 11.30am
The Hive - Boys classes 4-10:
Venue: Camrose Ave, London HA8 6AG
Drop off: Latest by 10:15am as team preparation required prior to the start.
Pick up: 12.30pm
Please note that children who have not been allocated a team yet will be assigned one on the day.
Gambado - Classes 1-3:
Venue: Woodside Leisure Park, Kingsway North Orbital Rd, Watford WD25 7JZ
Drop off 10am.
Pick up: 12pm
Note: strict NO FOOD policy at all venues - children to bring water bottles [named as relevant]
There is no program at Stanmore or Kenmore on the day. Children are required to report directly to their designated locations. Staff will be on site at least 20 minutes prior to the advertised drop-off time should parents wish to drop their children early in order to accommodate multiple drop-offs.
We appreciate the inconvenience of multiple locations however, finding one single location to host 500+ children was not possible. As a result, timings have been staggered to the best of our ability so that parents may reach the various locations.Parents also encouraged to carpool where possible.
