ANNUAL CHARITY BAKE SALE
 
"Dear Parents/Teachers

As Salaamun Alaykum,

Just a reminder that the PCB in conjuction with Kenmore Staff will again be hosting the Annual Charity Bake Sale for the World Federation this Sunday 15 May.

We pray that you will support us by either donating cakes or sweet bakes for the event or by coming out to purchase baked goods on the day.

Classes 1-4 Annual Bake Sale:
Event Day Logistics
 

10:10AM - Classes Starts as normal.

11:00AM - Parents/Guardians with children in Classes 1 and 2 ONLY: Collect your child(ren) and proceed on to the Bake Sale as directed.


Parents/Guardians are to then take their children home directly.

12:00AM - Parents/Guardians with children in Classes 3/4 AND Classes 1/2: Collect your child(ren) and proceed on to the Bake Sale as directed.

Parents/Guardians are to then take their children home directly.

If you are unable to attend the event and collecting your child at the usual time of 1:05PM please do so from the designated classroom (ask a volunteer on the day to direct you to the correct designated class).

We appreciate that classes 1/2 will have a much shorter day and parents/guardians are to return shortly after drop-off but due to logistical constraints we are unable to hold the sale on one single time. We thank you for your understanding and support and apologies for the inconvenience it may cause you.

Event 1:  Unique Spiritual Workshop entitled: “Achieving Reverence in Prayer” conducted by Dr Ali Al-Hilli, author of the book: ‘101 Ways to concentrate in Prayer’

Ages: 16+ Gents & Ladies

Event 2: Gents Swimming Gala

Date: Sunday 29th May 2016

Event: Gents Swimming Gala

Venue: St. Margaret's Sports Centre, Merry Hill Road, Bushey. WD23 1DT

Time: 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm followed by award ceremony upstairs. (Swimmers to be poolside by 3.45pm)

Age range: Age 5 - 50+ (GentsOnly)

Cost: £3 Members, £5 Non-Members (Under 7's free)

Event heat races will include; Backstroke, Breastroke and Frontcrawl (distances will vary according to age).

Gold, Silver & Bronze Medal winners will be awarded at the ceremony, following the races in the upstairs gallery.

Event 3Ladies Spinathon: Pedaling for a Purpose

Event: SJ Ladies Sports in conjuction with Sisters Relief invite you to spin the wheels of cancer research forward. Target: 1,000 miles in 5 hours

Venue: The Northwood Club, 22 Chestnut Avenue, Northwood, HA6 1HR

Event 4SJ BOB (Best of the Best) Adult Football

Date: Mon 30th May.

Venue: The Hive, Camrose Avenue, London, HA8 6AG

Cost: £100 per team.

Categories: Adult Open 16+ and 34+Over.

Format: 7 aside. (Squads min. 7 players, max. 10 players).

This is a bring your own team tournament. Teams mixed with players from other jamaats are allowed. Bring your own team and let’s see who is the best! For the 34&Over category, all players in the squad must be 34 or over. In the Open category there is no upper age restriction however min age restriction is 16.
