Madressa Parents Email – Enrolment 2015 Reminder

Just a reminder that the enrolment period for 2015 has now begun and will end at midnight 31 December 2014.
 
Any current students of Madressa who have not been re-enrolled by that time may unfortunately lose their place as we have received an unprecedented number of new enrolment applications this year.
 
Details on how to enrol your child for the 2015 academic year can be found below and please note that in order to enrol your child you will be required to settle a payment of fees for each child.

If your child is not going to be attending Madressa next year please email us (admin@madressa.net) as soon as possible with your child's name, date of birth and class number.

How should I complete the Enrolment?

1. Read the Admissions & Fees Policy

2. Read the Attendance Policy (Updated as of 26th November, 2014)

3. Complete Enrolment and/or Fees Payment with one of the following options:
 

Please note: As we have recently implemented a new IT system, it is important that all parents review the applicable user guide for details on how to enrol and also In terms of fee payment. The links to the relevant user guides are below.
 

Existing Parent Adding a NEW Enrolment 

1. Click here to view the User Guide

2. Click here to access the Parent Portal

3. Log in to the Parent Portal with the user details that you will receive via E-mail during Monday 8 December [if you did not receive a mail the guide will advise what to do]

4. Complete an online application for a new enrolment

5. Await confirmation of Admission from the S I Madressa (latest by 7th January 2015)

6. Complete payment on Admission Approval to Confirm Admission.


Existing Parent Re-Enroling Existing Students

1. Click here to view the User Guide

2. Click here to access the Parent Portal

3. Log in to the Parent Portal with the user details that you will receive via E-mail during Monday 8 December [if you did not receive a mail the guide will advise what to do]

4. Complete payment for your child(ren) (to confirm re-enrolment) as per the User Guide by 31st December 2014 at the latest

5. You will receive a receipt for your record and re-enrolment of your child(ren) is now complete.
