Teachers Charter reminder of the Week
To treat all issues related to student behaviour, progress and development as confidential and not share with anyone except those who need to know (i.e. Administration,HoD,LS etc)
Teaching Tip: Put students in the driver’s seat!
It’s amazing to see how positively students respond when they are given responsibility for their own learning with the right tools. Teachers are increasingly asking students to track their own progress and become more self-reliant with technology-based learning programs. After high school, all learning is self-directed, so the most important skill any teacher can impart to students is how to learn.
Teaching Students With LS:
To ensure that Lesson Plans have been Differentiated. Why Differentiate?
“ The biggest mistake of past centuries in teaching has been to treat all children as if they were variants of the same individual and thus to feel justified in teaching them all the same subjects in the same way.” (Howard Gardner) What to differentiate? How to differentiate?
