Madressa Begins This Sunday 18th January 2015
Kenmore Park School: Classes 1-5B: Timings are 10:10AM – 1:05PM
As communicated on our website, from this academic year, Classes 5B1 & 5B2 (formerly 4B1 & 4B2) will remain at Kenmore Park School. Classes 5A1 & 5A2 (formerly 4A1 & 4A2) will move to Stanmore.
Please also note the revised start time for this year at Kenmore of 10.10am.
Parents should bring their child(ren) to the Main hall at Kenmore for registration. Parents will then accompany their child(ren) to their classes to meet and greet the teachers. Please arrive early to allow time for registration and prompt start of the classes. Gates will be open from 10:00AM.
All existing students (Classes 2-5) are requested to bring in their Qur'an manuals from last year.
Parents/Guardians must complete the Pick-Up form which will be found in the initial pages of the Student manuals by Sunday, 25th January.

Hujjat Stanmore: (Classes 5A-13) Timings are 10:00AM - 1:30PM
All new students at Stanmore should proceed to the Main Hall, where they will be directed to their respective classrooms.
All returning students to Stanmore should go to their old 2014 classrooms for this week. As an example, in 2015, if your child is now in Class 8A, she should proceed to the same classroom which she was in when she was in Class 7A last year. Maps of the class locations will be displayed by the entrance of both main halls.
The only exceptions to the above are:
a) Classes 12A & 12B will both be located in the ELC
b) Classes 13A & 13B will both be located in the end Portacabin
c) Class 5A will be located in the Zari Room
d) Class 5A2 will be located in the long room in the Ladies Main Hall
d) Class 11A2 will be located in the Basement.
The Parent Information Pack (see below) outlines all the necessary information for parents, including student dress code, lunch, drop-off and pick-up arrangements, etc.
Please note that there are 2 other concurrent external events taking place on Sunday morning at Stanmore. Please plan ahead and arrive in good time to avoid the expected large tailbacks. Please note, Rugby car park will also not be available going forward.

Children in both Stanmore and Kenmore?
The Arches are only to be used by parents who have children in both Stanmore & Kenmore and are otherwise not to be used. Car badges will be made available at Kenmore on Sunday 18th January 2015.
