HED Phasels Wood Activity Centre – 1 October 2023

Dear Parents/Guardians

The Madressa Higher Education Department is pleased to inform you about a field trip to Phasels Wood Activity Centre on Sunday 1st October 2023.

The HED staff have organised a fun activity for their students as a way to get to know each other and to help build team working, communication and interpersonal skills. It is a wonderful opportunity for our students to spend some time together outside of Madressa.

HED Students will be partaking in a number of activities of which instructors may be of either gender and so full hijab needs to be maintained at all times.

Please ensure suitable footwear and attire is also worn on the day to be able to take part in a range of team building and other activities.

The details of the trip below:

Cost: £30 per person*

*please see further down below regarding affordability of costs – we would like all students to be able to attend

Date: 1st October 2023

Time: 9:00am – 5.30pm / 6.00pm

Drop-off & Pick-up Location: Northwood School

Lunch: Students are expected to bring with them their own packed lunch and a water bottle

Clothing: Please ensure full hijab is maintained at all times and suitable footwear & attire is worn on the day to be able to take part in various activities

Transport:  The coach will promptly leave Northwood School at 9:15am

Please ensure your child arrives at Northwood School no later than 9:00am as the coach will leave promptly at 9:15am.

Sign-up Deadline:  7pm on the 28th of September 2023
