Absent and/or Leaving Early

Reporting Absences

If your child is going to be absent you must login to the Parent Portal and use the ‘Report Absence’ feature found under ‘Attendance’. Details on how to use this feature are available here  

Leaving Early or Arriving Late to Madressa

If you child cannot attend the full day of Madressa (10am – 1.30pm), please do not bring them into Madressa as it causes significant disruption to classroom time when a child needs to leave early. Bearing in mind that Madressa is only 3 and a half hours a week and runs only 30 weeks a year it is expected students will attend the whole day of Madressa once they have enrolled.
